Only 80, 40, 20 and 15 m have segments reserved for Amateur Extra. On every other HF band General class has the whole band.
RememberFour bands with Extra-only slices: 80, 40, 20, 15.
Find the band first. 14.250 MHz is 20 m, 18.155 is 17 m, 21.300 is 15 m, 24.900 is 12 m. Then check for an Extra-only slice: 7.125 to 7.175 MHz is Extra only, while 21.275 to 21.300 and 28.000 to 28.025 are fine for General.
Where Extra holds the lower part of a voice segment, General gets the upper part. This holds on every band.

30 m: no phone and no image transmission. 10 m: CW on the entire band, and repeaters go in the part above 29.5 MHz.
Where amateurs are secondary, you must not cause harmful interference to primary users and you must accept interference from them.
